In Episode 45, I get to catch up with a long time friend of mine, Leah Brueggemann! She is a functional diagnostic nutritional practitioner who works with women from all over to support their bodies through proper nutrition in order to balance their hormones.
Especially when it comes to leadership, I know firsthand how closely she works with and leads her clients through what can be overwhelming changes. She shares with us the importance of creating a safe space for the people in our lives, and the downfall of comparison especially when it comes to pursuing what you are passionate about.
To get a preview of our conversation, here are some of the questions I got the chance to ask her:
Could you introduce us to you and your family?
What led you to become passionate about guiding women through their hormonal healing journeys?
What is the most difficult thing about communicating with each individual you work with while you lead them through their healing journey?
How do you go about gaining the trust of each client before she chooses to put her faith and financial investment into working with you?
Do you have a favorite podcast episode topic you’ve done and why?
You work from home, have a toddler, are pregnant, and your husband also works. What tips do you have to focus on each individual client despite being surrounded by distractions?
What is a simple but tiny change you wish everyone could make that would already make a huge improvement for their overall health?
What is a book you’ve recently enjoyed?
One of my favorite takeaways from everything Leah shares was how much time comparison wastes. Especially in her experience growing and scaling her very own business, she lets us inon just how damaging comparison can be and how it can only take us away from pursuing our dreams. With that, she gives practical tips for prioritizing the things we need to do and partnering with others in order to achieve our goals.
Enjoy the conversation! Follow Leah @leah_brueg or @balancinghormonesnaturally and listen to her Balancing Hormones Naturally podcast!
Until next episode,
